If you'd like your website visitors to follow you on social media, add the Follow Me widget to your web page(s).
Here's how to add the Follow Me Widget:
- Click on the Layout button on the top right side of the page.
2. Click on the Add New Widget button.
Select the Follow Me Widget.
4. Add a Widget Description. A Title is optional and will appear on the page if you include it.
5. Configure the widget by entering the URL of your profile from a social media site. The icon will appear automatically. Accepted sites are: Facebook, Flickr, Github, Google Scholar, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, SoundCloud, TikTok, Vimeo, X, YouTube. You can also choose whether the widget displays the name of the social account, or just the icon.
(Note: MySpace, Google Photos, last.fm, Delicious, Tumblr, and Virb have been deprecated. You can't add new links to these services).
4. Drag and drop the Follow Me widget onto the page.
5. Click Save at the bottom of layout.
Note: When you want users to share your content on their personal social networks, such as a blog post, use the Sharing Buttons widget instead.
